Delicious Sugar And Dairy Free Organic Almond Milk Matcha Latte Recipe
We go on and on about bulletproof coffee here at Only Organic Orgy, and that's because we really do love it.
However... We may have (just may have) found a bulletproof coffee contender which we crave even more - I know shocking right! And that drink, my friends, is the sugar-free organic almond milk matcha latte.
Why do we rate this healthy, dairy-free, energy-boosting and wholesome drink so highly? Well, it's nutty, seriously smooth, protein-fueled, it's sweet enough to rid of any sugary cravings, but savory enough to feel like it's more than just a thirst-clenching drink and it's GREEN! Green is always a fun colour. (Check out how green this organic soup is).
So, we've written down the simplest almond milk matcha tea latte recipe in existence, so you can get your organic matcha kick as often and as easily as you like. Feel free to swap the almond milk with other types of milk - e.g. oat, rice, cashew etc. And if you love the moo - use the moo.
1 TSP of organic matcha tea
3/4 glass of organic almond milk
1/4 glass of filtered water
(THAT'S IT! WOOP!)
1. Warm your almond milk gently on a stove - don't let it boil as we want to lock all the nutrients in
2. Boil the water and when the almond milk is at a good drinkable temperature, add the water to it. Now pour water and almond milk into a blender
3. Add a teaspoon of matcha to the blender and whizzzzz for 5 seconds
4. Now pour into your favourite huggable mug and enjoy!
